Achieve

Turn your dream into realty and see tangible results within 30 days!  Launch or rejuvenate your business based on realistic project plans and proven business systems.  The Achieve Coaching program is designed to enable you to build a solid foundation of basic business systems that will serve to accelerate your success in work, life, and self. This coaching program will enable you to achieve your first critical business goals within three months. During this program you will:

  • Break you unique business plan and personal Star G.O.A.L.s down into S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Bound) Targets™ that will bring your vision to life
  • Build your unique results driven staircase to success
  • Master business basics through step-by-step guided learning experiences
  • Accelerate S.M.A.R.T. Target achievement using proven project management techniques combined with personal accountability
  • Honor yourself by making the time to care for yourself so you are able to work at peak performance

By the end of this program you will have achieved your initial S.M.A.R.T. Targets and have the next set of S.M.A.R.T. Targets planned and ready for action.

The Achieve program includes:

Pricing for the 3 month program is $3,000.00.

Succeed

Take your business to the next level by concentrating on building your brand image, increasing your market presence, creating positive publicity, and expanding your product and service offerings.  By setting and working against 6 month to 1 year STAR G.O.A.L.s and S.M.A.R.T Targets you will be able to grow your business and see the results you desire. The Succeed coaching program will enable you to:

  • Generate 6 to 7 figure annual revenues
  • Expand your market reach
  • Connect with strategic partnerships
  • Develop new product lines
  • Generate positive publicity

By the end of this program you will have established a clear strategy and a personalized set of action plans that will enable your business to move from being a micro-enterprise to a well established small business.

The Achieve program includes:

  • Succeed membership in the Huntsinger Bakken Institute
  • Weekly newsletter that contains tips and resources for accelerating your success
  • Weekly Succeed coaching calls for 24 weeks
  • Weekly Accountability calls (5 to 10 minutes)
  • Twelve private coaching calls
  • Access to on-line training videos
  • Workbooks and exercises to guide your Succeed journey

Pricing for the 6 month program is $6,000.00.

Currently, 80% of women owned small business generate less than $100,000.00 a year in revenue. When you realize that 35 to 48% your income will go towards paying taxes, it does not take long to realize that your business needs to generate much more that $100,000.00 a year if you are to create financial stability, build a financial security net, and plan for the future.
